Hilda Dokubo, the first of six siblings, hails from Buguma. She attended St. Mary State School Aggrey Road and later Government Girls Secondary School for her primary and secondary education. Dokubo graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Theatre.
